Preferred work is a benefit for people released from regular service, under National Insurance Institute and Ministry of Defense rules. Eligibility depends on the type of role and the workplace — and not every job qualifies.
So we never promise eligibility in advance: you leave your details, and we check with you which options are open right now and what suits you.
