Recruitment and placement
People who fit — and stay
We find, screen and place workers — from call centres, insurance companies, sales and retail to warehouses, production lines and the shop floor. You only meet candidates who genuinely fit the job and the workplace.
Your challenge
What stands in your way today, and what moves over to us from the moment we step in.
A role that stays open for weeks costs you: the team covers the gap with extra shifts, and the inbox fills with CVs that do not fit.
And when someone is hired without understanding what they are walking into, a month later they are gone — and you start again.
What OASIS takes responsibility for
- Defining the role precisely, together with you — including what a real working day with you looks like
- Finding candidates through several channels at once — adverts, our candidate pool and direct outreach
- Phone screening, interviews, and checking experience, licenses and certifications before anyone is presented
- Presenting only genuinely relevant candidates, each with a written summary
- Coordinating the interviews at your end and getting an answer back to everyone who was interviewed
- Support in the first days and a follow-up check once the person has settled into the job
- Recruiting for a single role or for several at once, in any of the fields we work in
How does it work?
Step 1 of 5
Define the role
What is genuinely required, what is nice to have, what the terms are — and what a real working day in that place looks like.
Step 2 of 5
Source and screen
Direct outreach, our candidate pool and adverts — then a phone screen against the profile we agreed.
Step 3 of 5
Interview and match
We interview, check experience and licenses, and match to the job and the working environment — not only to what the advert asked for.
Step 4 of 5
Present and coordinate
We present candidates with a straight summary of each, set up the interviews at your end, and get an answer back to everyone who was interviewed.
Step 5 of 5
Place and follow up
We support the first days and check again once the person has settled into the job — with you, and with them.

- A written summary for every candidate presented
- An honest report when there are not enough suitable candidates — we say so, and propose another route
Frequently asked questions
Which fields do you recruit for?
Service and sales centres, insurance companies, retail, warehouses and distribution centres, industrial plants, events and field work — and management roles in all of them. If a particular field is not one we know well enough, we will say so up front.
Can you recruit for a single role, not a whole project?
Yes. We recruit for a single role and for several at once. When it is dozens of people at the same time, that is mass recruitment, which has a process of its own.
What about roles that need a license or certification, like forklift operators?
We check the license or certification against the document itself before a candidate is presented — we do not take the CV’s word for it.
Is there any guarantee on a placement?
Guarantee terms are set in the customer agreement and vary by role type. We put them in writing before we start, and we do not promise anything that was not agreed.
